Henan Chutan IM Co., Ltd (abbreviated as Chutan IM) was founded at the end of December 2020, with a registered capital of 100 million RMB. The company is dedicated to the production, research and development, and promotion of intelligent versatile poles, communication poles, civic lighting, landscape lights, and cabinets, and is a modern intelligent manufacturer with automatic production, intelligent equipment, environment-friendly process, and information-based management.

Chutan’s intelligent production line is co-designed by Tsinghua University, SIPPR Engineering Group and reputed experts, covering all the aspects from process flow, plant layout, logistics route to equipment function and digital management system, focusing on the transformation of equipment based on information, intelligence and automation, to realize a digital and visualized intelligent workshop. The production line has the capacity of 50,000 sets (pcs) of intelligent versatile poles per year. 

The company has designed its quality, environment, occupational health and safety management systems in accordance with GB/T19001-2016, GB/T24001-2016 and GB/T45001-2020, and has established an industry-leading quality inspection laboratory and reliable quality inspection methods, with a sounding quality inspection system. The strict quality control measures ensure the good and stable consistency in the product quality. 

Chutan IM is committed to build an intelligent versatile pole production base with whole industrial chain in the north of Henan, China, and to drive the development of the upstream and downstream industrial chains of intelligent manufacturing in the surrounding area, to promote the development of emerging industries of artificial intelligence, big data and smart city, to accelerate technological innovation and expand the application of “5G + smart city”, to accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading, to facilitate the construction of smart city, and contribute into the new infrastructure of smart city.
